Refund policy

Within 14 days of purchase, unused credit packs may receive a full refund by contacting support@paintlumo.com. Used credit packs and free credits granted by the system are not refundable.
If you are charged twice or a technical failure prevents you from using the service, we will review the case fairly. Credits are automatically returned when a generation is blocked by safety checks or fails. Refunds are handled by Creem.
